Yes!! Branding is included in the price of each design purchase. Your logo and office information will be embedded right into the design and colors may be altered to better match your branding.
Can I request edits to the design?
Yes!! My templates were developed to be just that: a template! I want each asset to be completely tailored for your specific verbiage, treatment plan, available instruments, etc.
Yes! All of my designs are now available in PDF format as well.
Please note that PDF's are branded/customized before delivery and are printable but locked and not editable. The reason for this is to help protect intellectual property rights and prevent free distribution of the designs.
What happens when I need more prints?
Once you place an order you will receive an email with a discount code for re-ordering prints of anestablished design. This code will apply as long as no additional changes are requested.
What if I don’t see what I need?
If you’re not seeing a template for something you need for your office, you have the option of doing a custom or semi-custom design. In either of these scenarios, my custom design rate applies and will be invoiced at the completion of your design.
What is a "custom" design?
A custom design is developed entirely from scratch through a collaborative process between the two of us (typically via email). The final design in this case belongs to you and can either be delivered as a PDF or printed and shipped. This design will be featured on my social media accounts but will never be made available for purchase to other clients.
What is a "semi-custom" design?
A semi-custom design starts using one or more of my existing templates as a starting point but making alterations for further customization beyond simple branding or word alterations. Some clients prefer this option for custom creations as it is typically more cost effective than a true custom job.
How quickly will I receive my prints?
Every design requires client approval before shipment. I will email you a proof of your design to approve and then your order will be sent to the printer and shipped shortly after.
After approval, you may expect multiple page documents to take 7-10 business days while all other designs typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer any bundle/bulk order deals?
