I offer custom designs for any type of patient education, office form, or other creation you can dream up for your practice!
How does it work?
1. Purchase this listing which functions as a deposit.
2. Include notes with your order on what type of creation you're looking for and the best email I can use to reach you.
3. We will collaborate on your design and you will receive a proof once completed.
4. Request any edits you'd like and receive a final proof of your design.
5. An invoice will be sent to you for the hours (less the deposit), and once paid your finalized design will be uploaded to your customer portal.
Note: For reference, custom designs typically fall within 3-6 hours but may vary depending on the extent of the customization and whether or not content is provided or needs to be written.
